Services Provided: The Makeup Artist agrees to provide makeup application services for the Client and [Number of Individuals] individuals as specified above. The Makeup Artist will provide professional makeup application in accordance with the Client's preferences and agreed-upon style.
Retainer Fee: To secure the Makeup Artist's availability for the specified event date, the Client agrees to pay a non-refundable retainer fee of [Retainer Fee Amount], payable at the time of signing this Agreement.
Total Cost: The total cost for the makeup services is [Total Cost Amount]. The remaining balance of [Remaining Balance Amount] is due on the day of the event before the makeup services begin.
Travel and Parking Fees: If applicable, the Client agrees to cover any travel, parking, and valet fees incurred by the Makeup Artist for on-site makeup services. These fees will be outlined separately and provided to the Client for approval.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
The retainer fee is non-refundable.

Usage of Images: The Makeup Artist reserves the right to use photos of the completed makeup looks for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and portfolio. The Client may request not to have their images used for promotional purposes.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction].
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Makeup Artist and the Client, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
